The email client is adding that extra characters for some reason. Go to eStore settings and enable the shorten URL feature. Does it work better after the change?

Thanks Admin and Ivy. I did switch to the shorten URL. And I did generate a new list and it worked fine. Issue must have been with their email server. Will address the spaces immediately.
